for your most enjoyable experience please hydrate prior to class and please refrain from eating a couple hours prior to your yoga class especially if you are new to the practice.

FLOW (Vinyasa) 

FLOW classes are for those who enjoy a class that as it's name implies "flows."  A sequence of yoga postures involving breath in/between movements.  Sometimes it's described as a moving meditation or a dance.  These classes consist of safe, challenging, range-of-motion body movements and breathing (pranayama) techniques.

CARDIO FLOW (faster Vinyasa)

CARDIO FLOW classes are for those who enjoy a faster paced vinyasa class.  Moving faster makes your heart rate go up adding a body + mind strengthening, calorie burning yoga experience.  Expect to sweat whether this class is heated or not. 

*this class is for those comfortable with a regular flow style class.

STABILITY

STABILITY classes are for anyone wanting to practice static postures with short breaks in between the postures.  In this class you will learn how to safely practice a variety of yoga postures building strength and grounding the body + mind.

*this class will offer consistency and will not change often. 

FLOW & UNFOLD

FLOW & UNFOLD classes are for everyone. We can all benefit from taking time out of our days to chill out and let the body reset. In this class you will be guided into supported seated and reclined yoga postures after a short all levels low impact flow. FLOW & UNFOLD class involves deep relaxation and continuously revisits the theme of relaxing and letting go. The benefits of a restorative practice are endless. Some benefits include: myofascial release, better quality sleep, less stress, and the list goes on and on. Be sure to add this class into your busy life.

RESTORATIVE

RESTORATIVE classes are for everyone.  We can all benefit from taking time out of our days to chill out and let the body reset.  In this class you will be guided into supported seated and reclined yoga postures. Veterans/Public Service YOGA

this class is just for our loved and appreciated active military, military veterans, local police, fire, ems and their family members! Respective ID required for complimentary class pass, your family members can enjoy a reduced $10 drop-in for this class only! Advanced sign-up preferred. (THURSDAYS 4pm through Winter)
